Application Data Notice

This notice applies when you voluntarily submit a creator application through our website. By checking the consent box at the end of the form, you confirm that you have read this notice and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to the processing described below.

The form is dynamic: you only see questions relevant to your answers. Depending on your path, we may collect:

Identity and contact

• Preferred name or nickname
• Country or region
• Phone number
• Email address
• Instagram handle, if provided
• Other social profiles you choose to share

Eligibility and background

• Age confirmation status: 18+, turning 18 soon, or ineligible
• Expected 18th birthday date, if applicable
• Whether you already have a private creator platform account
• Whether you have worked with a management agency before
• How you heard about us, if provided
• Any additional note you choose to provide

Creator profile and goals

• Platforms you use or plan to use (for example OnlyFans, Fansly and public social channels)
• Profile or checkout links you provide
• Revenue range or monthly goal
• Subscriber count range
• Daily time commitment
• Growth challenges you select
• Featuring preferences across private, public and adult-oriented platforms

Consent and technical data

• Record that you accepted this notice and our Privacy Policy
• Submission timestamp
• Optional in-progress form draft stored in a first-party cookie on your device for up to 30 days so you can resume later

• Review and qualify creator applications
• Contact you about your application by email or phone
• Prepare tailored insights or onboarding discussions
• Notify our internal team of new submissions
• Maintain application records in our secure dashboard
• Improve our application experience and internal workflows
• Comply with legal obligations and handle disputes if needed

We do not sell your application data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising profiles.

• Infrastructure providers that host our website and database, such as Vercel and Neon PostgreSQL, under data processing agreements

• Application records are kept for as long as needed to process your request, manage a potential collaboration, and meet legal or accounting requirements
• If we do not proceed with your application, we aim to delete or anonymize data within 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to retain it for a follow-up
• In-progress form drafts in your browser cookie are removed when you submit successfully, close an ineligible notice, or after 30 days of inactivity

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your application data, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@empireofagency.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
