How OnlyFans agency pricing usually works, what commission should cover, and which questions protect your net earnings.
See Empire of Agency pricingCreators usually ask “how much does an OnlyFans agency take?” The better question is what that percentage buys — and what remains your responsibility.
Two agencies quoting similar commission rates can offer completely different scopes: strategy only, chat support, full account operations, content planning, reporting cadence or a mix of all four.
None of these models is automatically better. The risk appears when the commercial page hides the calculation base, the exclusions or the exit costs.
Before signing, ask whether commission applies to gross revenue, net revenue after platform fees, tips only, PPV, or a custom mix. Ask who receives payouts from OnlyFans. Ask what happens if revenue drops.
Also clarify whether “no upfront fees” still leaves room for separate paid tools, ads, freelancers or production costs. Those can be legitimate — they should never be a surprise.
We use a commission-based model with no upfront agency fees. The exact percentage and included scope are discussed after we understand the work required — then written into the agreement.
